NUMBERS FLIPPERS SERVICES (BN 2464141) is duly registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a property and estate agency business on the 5th of December 2016. And to fulfil all righteousness, we are also certified by the Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering (SCUML) of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) thereby bagging the Certificate of Registration RN:SC 251807751on the 15th of May 2017 that enables us to contribute our quota in the property sector of the Nigerian economy with the aim of contributing to healthy living, sound mental health, and wellbeing of citizens.
Our business model is to look for rundown or dilapidated houses in semi-urban or urban areas that are easily accessible to the main cities especially airports. Inspect, buy, renovate and stage the newly remodelled homes for short-let rentals or outright sale. Presently, we use Airbnb and Booking.com platforms since we fully commenced operation in October 2023.
In a nutshell, we are out to remove problems experienced by quality-conscious and upwardly mobile customers that desire stress-free, value-added, cost-effective and totally homely/conducive environment or abode by providing them with the right home-solution from start to finish.
